PRIVACY

Privacy notice

This page explains how our buyer resources, saved listings, personal seller accounts, dealership workspaces and inquiry forms process information.

Public resources and worksheets

Our guides are publicly accessible. The printable truck inspection worksheet is processed in your browser; its entries are not sent to our servers. We do not currently run Google Analytics or third-party advertising trackers. For clearly labeled sponsored homepage cards, we count server-rendered card deliveries and clicks through an internal redirect. These raw counts are not verified impressions or unique visitors and do not require advertising cookies.

Account information

We collect an account name, email address, password credential (stored as a salted derived hash), verification status, and security/session records. Dealership users can add business details, branches, team permissions, vehicle specifications and photos. Private sellers can register a personal selling profile, city and province, vehicle details and photographs. Buyers can save vehicles, opt in to price-drop alerts, watch dealerships, and save truck-search keywords in an account-only list. Those watches, keywords, preferences and notification histories are stored to provide the requested alerts. Draft vehicles and private identifiers are not published. Dealers can explicitly publish selected vehicles, descriptions, photos and locations to the public marketplace. Dealership owners may request a manual business-identity review. We retain a snapshot of their submitted business name, phone/email, city, province, review dates, reviewer decision notes and audit history; these review records are private. No registration documents or government ID images are accepted through the review form. An approved badge means a limited business-identity review, not a vehicle inspection. Dealerships are not independently verified unless an explicit verification status states otherwise.

We use account data to authenticate users, maintain dealership inventory and memberships, enable authorized publishing and protect the service from abuse. Administrators may review, suspend or restore accounts, verify business identity, restrict published listings, and retain audit records of moderation actions. Dealership promotion requests may record the selected package, quoted price, campaign target, review status, and an administrator-entered external payment reference and verification time; they do not collect card information or process payments. Sessions expire and verification/reset links have short expiry windows. Account deletion and data retention procedures are being finalized for wider onboarding.

Vehicle inquiries

When you submit an inquiry on a published vehicle page, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, message, referenced vehicle and submission time. We store it in our database, show it to authorized seller or dealership team and queue an in-app notification for authorized seller/dealership team members and, if enabled, an hourly email summary linking back to their private inquiry inbox. The email does not reproduce the buyer’s full message or phone number. Dealership Owners and Managers may update inquiry status, assign it to verified active team members, set follow-up dates and add private internal notes and history visible to their authenticated dealership team. These follow-up dates do not trigger an automatic email or message to the buyer. We use these details to support the requested conversation only; no separate marketing consent is inferred. We restrict submissions with security limits and anti-spam checks. Do not include government identification numbers, bank details or other sensitive personal information in free-text messages. An automated inquiry-deletion schedule is not yet implemented; retention will be reviewed before wider onboarding.

Cookies and service providers

Once you sign in, a necessary HttpOnly session cookie maintains your login. The static public site has no first-party analytics cookies in this release. The Cloudflare infrastructure may process IP addresses and request-security metadata. Cloudflare provides hosting, database and image storage. Resend processes account-security messages and optional hourly/daily activity summaries. Sellers can disable inquiry-summary emails; buyers must opt in to listing, saved-search and price-drop emails. Platform administrators can disable the daily administrative summary. You can edit alert preferences under Account → Notifications. Essential security emails are unaffected. The sponsored placement counters do not involve cross-site advertising profiles or personalized targeting.

Access and security

Authenticated dealership membership or personal selling ownership determines access to private vehicles and buyer inquiries. Buyer saved lists are visible only to their account. Platform administration privileges are granted separately and cannot be self-selected at registration. Dealer Owners and Managers control public vehicle publication. Sensitive vehicle identifiers and internal maintenance notes are not included in public listings. Original photo metadata is stripped during public image delivery, including on photos previously uploaded in private mode. Passwords and session tokens are not stored in plaintext. Having a dealership account does not mean the business has been verified.

Rights and inquiries

Philippine data subjects may have rights under the Data Privacy Act and National Privacy Commission guidance. The site's legal operator and verified privacy contact channel must be published before broad public onboarding. Until then, see contact information and current service availability. Do not submit documents containing another person's identity data before the appropriate private-document workflow exists.

Updated: October 12, 2026. This notice describes the early-release marketplace workflows. Broader public onboarding requires a confirmed legal operator, an operational privacy contact and a defined retention/deletion policy.
