Information and scope

TruckMarket.ph provides buying resources and a marketplace where participating dealers and private sellers may publish their own vehicle listings. The platform does not sell, broker, finance, inspect or certify the vehicles and does not currently charge for standard listings; separately labeled sponsored promotion packages may be offered to participating dealerships. An account or published listing does not imply that the seller or vehicle has been verified.

No representation about particular vehicles

Content may help structure a buyer's decision, but it is not a mechanical inspection, title verification, professional legal advice, safety certification, or guarantee of registration or roadworthiness. Buyers must independently inspect a specific vehicle and verify its documents, ratings, legal use and purchase terms with qualified people and relevant authorities.

Marketplace and seller limits

Private seller listings are intended for individuals advertising vehicles they personally own, not businesses or regular vehicle traders. In the current free trial, a private seller may have up to two live listings and create up to six new listings in a rolling 365-day period; each personal listing is publicly visible for up to 60 days unless earlier unpublished. Suspiciously commercial use may be restricted or reassigned to a dealership account. Listings and seller accounts may be moderated for impersonation, misleading information, spam and abuse. Sponsored homepage placements are offered only under an explicitly listed package and remain subject to eligibility, capacity, scheduling, and separately verified offline payment. A submitted or approved request is not a confirmed booking. The site does not provide online checkout or automatic invoices, refunds, or guaranteed views or clicks; payment arrangements and any cancellation or reimbursement terms must be agreed directly before money changes hands. Unpaid editorial features are separate from sponsored advertising.

Saved vehicles

Signed-in users may save public vehicle listings to a private account list. Saved items may disappear or become unavailable when a seller unpublishes a vehicle or moderation removes it. Saving a vehicle does not reserve it, create an agreement, or guarantee price or availability.

Account responsibilities

Where account registration is enabled, use accurate details and keep credentials private. Dealer accounts are not endorsements, dealership certifications or commercial contracts. A reviewed business-identity status reflects only a manual administrative assessment of stated dealership identity and representative authority. It is not an endorsement or verification of a particular vehicle, its ownership/title, safety or purchase terms. Review may be refused or revoked, including when identifying business details change. The site may restrict accounts affected by spam, unauthorized use or security abuse. Account signup and dealer publishing are available in this early-release platform. Only publish vehicles you are authorized to offer; information, photographs, specifications, location and availability must be accurate. Dealer submissions do not constitute platform certification, warranties or endorsements. Buyer inquiries must only be used to respond to the buyer, unless separate lawful consent authorizes another use.
